Specimen Pickup:
NeoGenomics provides specimen transport kits at no cost to clinicians, offices,
and hospitals. Transport Kits include laboratory services requisition forms,
fully approved shipping containers, and pre-addressed Federal Express shipping
labels for delivery six days a week.
Our Customer Care Network is fully staffed from 7:30 A.M. until 9 P.M. EST,
Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. EST. After hours on-call service is available.
