Fan Yang, M.D PhD, is the Medical Director for NeoGenomics Laboratories in Florida, sharing over 25 years of experience in medical research and clinical service with subspecialties in Hematology, Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology.
Formerly an assistant professor of pathology at Medical College of Wisconsin and University of Florida, Dr. Yang received his resident training at Albany Medical Center in New York and a Fellowship of Hematopathology from the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California.

Dr. Chan is the Western Medical Director for NeoGenomics Laboratories Irvine/Chatsworth, CA. Formely the Medical Director for Pathology Inc. V.P and Director of Hematopathology for AD PathLabs, Inc. and Director of Hemathology Diagnostic Services for IMPATH, Inc.
Dr. Chan is a seasoned Hematopathologist and Flow Cytometry specialist with experience as diagnostician. He completed his residency training and fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Hematopathology at the University of Southern California, for which he currently holds an academic appointment.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology for Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hemathology.

Christopher L. Felten, D.O.

Los Angeles, CA, he was instrumental in the development and successful marketing for the technical component flow cytometry product – Interactive Flow.
Dr. Felten graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Pomona, California in 1995. He completed his anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and hematopathology fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Jonathan Said and Dr. Faramarz Naeim at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001.

James Christopher Mixon, M.D.

James Christopher Mixon, M.D. is the Medical Director for the NeoGenomics Tennessee laboratory, practices as a surgical pathologist at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, where he also serves as medical director of the Blood Bank.
Dr. Mixon received his medical degree from the University Of South Alabama College Of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama, where he developed his interest and skill in cytogenetics. He received his pathology residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He has been active in cytogenetics throughout his entire medical career, and has a special interest in cancer cytogenetics. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Dr. Reed is certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology, Surgical Pathology, Hematopathology and Flow Cytometry His experience includes Pathologist for the Dept. of Hematologic And Lymphatic Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology located in Washington D.C and Chief of Anatomic Pathology for the U.S. Air Force Regional Medical Center based in Wiesbaden, Germany. He attended Univ. of Virginia, and Wilford Hall USAF with a fellowship in Hematopathology from the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

Robert Gasparini, M.S., CLSp (CG)
President & Chief Scientific Officer for NeoGenomics, Laboratories

Prior to assuming a key leadership role at NeoGenomics, Mr. Gasparini consulted for the Genetics Community in Trabuco Canyon, CA. He successfully held the Director position of the Genetics Division for US Pathology Labs, Inc.
Prior to US Labs, Mr. Gasparini was the Molecular Marketing Manager for Ventana Medical Systems. Prior to Ventana, Mr. Gasparini was the Assistant Director of the Cytogenetics Laboratory for the Prenatal Diagnostic Center --an affiliate of Mass General Hospital and part of Harvard University. While at the Prenatal Diagnostic Center, Mr. Gasparini was also an Adjunct Professor at Harvard University. Mr. Gasparini is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Director and an accomplished author in the field of Cytogenetics. He received his BS degree from University of Connecticut in Biological Sciences and his Master of Health Science degree from Quinnipiac College in Medical Laboratory Sciences.

Jar-Fee Yung, PhD, FACMG.
Director of Cytogenetics for NeoGenomics Laboratories.

The Cytogenetics laboratory is headed by Dr. Jar-Fee Yung. Dr. Yung has served as the Cytogenetics director at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago and also started the first and only cytogenetics training program in the state of Illinois. She has headed a national cytogenetics laboratory for IMPATH, Inc. in New York City.
She then served with the Laboratory Improvement Department at CAP, College of American Pathologists, and the governing agency for accrediting all clinical diagnostic laboratories including cytogenetics. In addition, she was the cytogenetics director for Center for Medical Genetics and Dynagene in Houston. Dr. Yung is an experienced clinical cytogeneticist. She received her training in clinical cytogenetics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She received her PhD from UCLA and BA from University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Yung is board certified through the American Board of Medical Genetics, and is a founding fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics.

Steven S. Goldstein, M.D.

Dr. Goldstein is a hematopathogist for NeoGenomics Laboratories Fort Myers, FL. Prior to joining NeoGenomics, Dr. Goldstein was at the University of Florida where he completed both a pathology residency and a flow cytometry-focused hematopathology fellowship under the direction of Drs. Ying Li and Raul Braylan. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology for Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
