Logistics and Courier Services

At NeoGenomics Laboratories we understand that rapid and safe transportation to our door is a critical stage in the life of a specimen. Contact Client Services to schedule a pick-up from your door to ours for overnight delivery or for courier pick-up (available in certain areas).

Transportation services are provided at no cost to our clients. When calling to schedule a pick-up please have the following information available:

• Client ID
• Air bill number (when applicable)
• Number of specimens
• Type of specimen
• Time the specimen will be ready
• Pick up location specifications
• Time the facility closes

Important note:If you are shipping a specimen out on a Friday, please choose Saturday Delivery on the FedEx airbill, and place Saturday labels on the FedEx Pak. This will ensure that we receive the specimen on Saturday, not the following Monday.
