Knowledgeable Customer Care Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. until 10 P.M. EST, and Saturday from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. EST. After hours on-call service is available.

NeoGenomics Laboratories Customer Care Specialists provide information about products, services and assistance in the following areas:
• Account set-up/Maintenance.
• Schedule a pickup.
• Test requisition completion.
• Test Menu and ordering.
• Specimen collection & shipping/handling requirements.
• Ordering specimen supplies/kits.
• Test results.
• Consultation with a NeoGenomics Laboratories Hematopathologist.
